Where is my order ?

You can check the current status of your order in the "Track my order" section in the lower part of the website.

Following your purchase on our online shop, your order is sent to our warehouse.  We will then send you a code to follow your order. This process can take up to 2 days. 

As soon as the warehouse employees hand over the package to the sender, the status in "My orders" changes to "Shipped". At that time, you will receive an email from us that allows you to access shipment tracking.

Covid 19 pandemic: Should I expect delivery delays?

With the lockdown, we are facing a very large volume of orders. We make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

You should also know that our carriers have implemented secure and contactless delivery solutions, for your safety and that of their teams.

Why has my order still not been sent and is still "In process"?

The order status has not changed for more than 2 business days.

It may happen that the preparation and packaging of an order takes longer than expected. We regret this delay.

Generally, we inform you by e-mail in case of possible delay.

Unfortunately, we cannot, either via the online shop or via the customer hotline, tell you exactly how long the processing at the warehouse will take.

As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of shipment by e-mail. A link in the email will allow you to follow the progress of your package.

If the expected delivery date is not acceptable to you, we fully understand.

In that case, you can decline the reception of your product or return your order after receiving it in the next 30 days.

Naturally, these two options will not incur any costs for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

At present, it is unfortunately not possible to modify or cancel your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Find all the information about returns here.

How do I return my order?

If you do not like your goods or if you notice a defect, you can return them to us free of charge within 30 days.

Please note that the return label currently provided cannot be used.

Status of your order

As soon as your order has left the warehouse, we will inform you by e-mail of the shipment of the goods. In the shipping confirmation email you will find the shipping number that will allow you to track your order. You can track your order via Kygea's delivery status page.

Defective or damaged goods

If you receive a damaged machine, do not worry. Please contact us we will send a replacement as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

If you do not like an item, or in case of damage, you can return it to the online store Kygea.com within 30 days from the day of receipt of your package.

As soon as your return has been registered in our warehouse, you will automatically receive an invoice correction in the form of a line of credit. If you have used the payment method PayPal, by credit card, the corresponding amount will be credited to you automatically by Kygea.

Please note that you can only use one coupon per order. By subscribing to our newsletter you can save 10% from any products available on our website.

Please note that discounts cannot be taken into account later. If you have any further questions regarding the use of coupons, please contact our customer service before placing an order.

Invoice

If you have not received any emails, please check your spam or advertising folder in your mailbox to see if you have received an email from the Kygea online store.

You can view your invoice amount and order number at any time in My Account > My Order.

With our Kygea newsletter, you always stay informed about current promotions and offers. You can sign up for the Kygea newsletter very easily at the bottom of the site. If you have subscribed to our newsletter for the first time, a 10€ discount voucher on all our products will be sent to you after confirmation of your registration.
